Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design and present strategic scenarios to executive board on future market disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios tracking progress toward 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation lab
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology ethics and adoption
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology disruption scenarios
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
