Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology impact roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI, biotech, and Web3 convergence
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers published at Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Partner with R&D to prototype human-centered solutions for 2026 workplace paradigms
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and patent emerging business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures literacy and trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and mitigation strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling platform (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent preferred
