Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, decentralized AI) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize data from scientific, economic, and cultural domains
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and white papers on future-proofing organizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges (climate resilience, neuro-interfaces, ethical AI)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking models

- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario development for enterprise clients
