Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map disruptive technologies through horizon scanning and trend analysis (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and metaverse expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and emerging tech literacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or spatial computing domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
