Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author annual 'Future State' industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, biotech policy, or climate resilience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
