- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate innovation or tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Prior experience presenting to C-suite and board level stakeholders
