Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with corporate objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive future capabilities
- Quantify future market potential and risk scenarios using predictive modeling
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future technology or societal trends
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 organizations
