- Translate complex future trends into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Present compelling narratives to investors, partners, and board members
- Maintain a future-focused innovation ecosystem through partnerships with academic institutions
- Measure and report on strategic foresight KPIs and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech foresight frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
