As a key member of our innovation council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive trends, develop future-proof strategies, and drive the adoption of breakthrough technologies that will shape the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 2026 impact potential
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and scenario planning for disruptive industry shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation readiness and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, or equivalent)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with executive teams on long-term visioning
