Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks that translate future scenarios into competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D teams to validate technological innovations against market evolution forecasts
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic factors influencing future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
