Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational models
- Author whitepapers on emerging paradigms in human-AI symbiosis
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in exponential technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and industry boards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis tools
