Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociological trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions for client challenges
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through proprietary HorizonScan analytics platform
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, bio-automation, or climate tech
- Exceptional visualization skills for presenting complex scenarios to non-technical audiences
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies like Horizon Scanning and Delphi Analysis
