- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on 2026 industry transformation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into customer solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify acquisition/partner opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, circular economy models, or neurotech applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scanning work or implemented strategic initiatives
