- Produce trend reports and white papers influencing executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Represent Nexus at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote teams in ambiguous environments
