Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Horizon Roadmap using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough technologies and business models
- Produce quarterly disruption intelligence reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Architect exponential growth frameworks using AI-driven foresight platforms
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of emerging tech (quantum, bio-digital, etc.)
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and media engagement
- Mentor internal teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into executable strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading global teams in ambiguous, high-uncertainty environments
