Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and future-proof business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biohacking) for strategic integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term vision with operational execution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
