Responsibilities
- Anticipate and quantify socio-technological shifts through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop actionable 2026 strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational models
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Design scenario-planning simulations for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global summits like Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years experience as a futurist, trend analyst, or strategic foresight consultant
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-LE, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, neurotech, climate engineering, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on real-world strategy implementation
