Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to inform strategic planning through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision implementation
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports and whitepapers
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Champion sustainable and ethical frameworks in long-term planning
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic foresight roles
- Deep expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotech disruption patterns
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable plans
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certificate from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) highly valued
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
