Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrids and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present visionary concepts to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders at global summits
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of developing and launching breakthrough technologies with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
