Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future-state scenarios to executive boards with quantifiable impact projections
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech or manufacturing sectors
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
