Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and industry disruptors through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for business units and executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author predictive intelligence reports and trend briefings for executive audiences
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and innovation opportunities
- Monitor global signals and early indicators of paradigm shifts
- Advise on organizational adaptation strategies for future workforce models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic deliverables
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
