Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify and validate emerging trends with 2026 impact potential
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, climate tech, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend briefs and predictive market analysis reports
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal megatrends
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
