- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and thought leaders
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level storytelling experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., TEDx, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
