Responsibilities
- Map technological, economic, and cultural megatrends impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author quarterly foresight reports with predictive market analysis
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for global clients
- Build patent-pending trend-sensing algorithms using proprietary data sets
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, SXSW, and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic frameworks implemented by major organizations
