Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, biometric computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with market realities
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies' impact on industries and human behavior
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-technological integration
- Analyze global data streams to identify emerging paradigms in human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record developing C-level strategy for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Experience with neurodiversity-inclusive design thinking frameworks
