Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
