Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2035 horizon) using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Develop client-specific strategic foresight frameworks for industry disruption preparedness
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future business models and customer experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends (portfolio required)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shaping Tomorrow, Futures Platform)
