Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) to map 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align 15+ departments on future-state capabilities
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports with predictive models for regulatory shifts
- Design immersive foresight simulations for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-disruptive startups
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on 2020s technology convergence (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Experience modeling second-order effects of exponential technologies
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
