Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technology adoption curves
- Author thought leadership on future-proof business models
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation
