Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Outstanding presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
