Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global trends across technology, economics, and social dynamics through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market needs
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research and thought leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
