Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural paradigms to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision execution
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Identify and mitigate existential risks while capitalizing on disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published work in futurism publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with Delphi methods and expert consensus-building frameworks
