Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to map 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and stakeholder briefings
- Design and facilitate future-vision workshops for C-suite partners
- Identify disruptive opportunities and build implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning projects
