Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Published author in top-tier foresight journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready organizational models
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
