Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and sociocultural patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition targets
- Design and implement future-proofing protocols for existing product portfolios
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investor boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
