Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling

- Produce annual Future State Reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) with market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology framework
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of strategic foresight on business outcomes
