Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and board members
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate innovation processes
- Advise on disruption risks and blue-ocean opportunities for 2026+ initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
