- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at industry conferences
- Establish quantitative forecasting models for market evolution and technology adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts with potential long-term impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with strategic planning tools like Horizon Scanning Platforms
