Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market landscapes for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting next-gen innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for global disruptions and competitive shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise executive leadership on long-term investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data analysis and trend interpretation capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
