- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026-proofing core business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies or systemic change
- Experience with AI-powered foresight platforms (e.g., GPT-4 strategic modeling)
- Deep understanding of climate-tech, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
