Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations to navigate disruption and capture first-mover advantages
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions using agile and design-thinking methodologies
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Collaborate with R&D teams to patent breakthrough innovations and secure IP protection for emerging market concepts
- Maintain the Global Futures Intelligence database with real-time trend analysis from 50+ data sources
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend mapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused projects with measurable impact
