Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for industry publication
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with proven trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Fluency in at least one additional language preferred
