- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Establish foresight metrics to track horizon-scan accuracy
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating long-term trends into actionable strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Cassandra)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
