Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate-positive tech
- Present quarterly futures briefings to C-suite and board members with actionable insights
- Co-lead cross-functional 'FutureWorks' sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Emerging Minds' incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech projects launched in the past 3 years
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
