- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports
- Advise on innovation investments and emerging market opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic pivots and innovation roadmaps
