Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for C-suite executives across multiple sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive white papers
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for client organizations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, biotechnology, climate resilience, quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future scenario development
