Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scanning Reports identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives on adopting emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trends
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Present foresight insights at industry conferences and executive board meetings
- Curate an internal 'Future Radar' system for continuous trend monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking methodologies
