Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and executive teams to align on future vision
- Produce trend reports and predictive models using proprietary AI forecasting tools
- Collaborate with academic institutions and think tanks to validate future-state hypotheses
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
