As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify opportunities at the intersection of AI, biotech, and sustainable technology. Your insights will directly influence our product development, market expansion, and investment strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce actionable scenario plans for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to the board of directors
- Drive innovation initiatives from concept to prototype validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
