- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for emerging industries (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizational responses to future uncertainties
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies and human-centered design principles
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and culture
- Produce visionary thought leadership and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation in high-growth environments
